2. Buying an NF-CD
We sell NF-CD cards through our shop at nfcd.tangicred.com. Every purchase is governed by the Sale Terms & Returns shown in the shop before you order and sent with your order confirmation. Those terms include your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and they are the terms that apply to your purchase, not this page.
3. Using this website
The content of this website (text, images, product photography and the TangiCred name and logo) belongs to TangiCred Ltd or its licensors. You may browse, link to and share pages; you may not copy our content for commercial use without permission.
4. Information on this site
The information here is provided in good faith for general interest. Nothing on this website is a contract or an offer capable of acceptance. Any agreement between TangiCred and an artist, supplier or partner is made only in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. The website is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on its content or by interruptions to its availability. If you buy from us as a consumer, none of this affects your statutory rights.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. As a consumer you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
7. Contact and complaints
Questions or complaints: hello@tangicred.com. We aim to reply within two working days. We are not required to use an alternative dispute resolution body and have not chosen one; UK consumers can also contact Citizens Advice for free guidance.
